Energizing the Road Ahead: A Comprehensive Analysis

of Electric vs. Petrol Cars

Objectives.
• To find out the feasibility of Ev and petrol vehicles.
• To understand the factors that favor Ev purchase/Petrol
vehicles purchase.
• To know the future of Ev in india
Action Plan
This study delves into the Electric Vehicles (EVs) and
Petrol Cars dichotomy, dissecting their environmental,
economic, and performance dimensions. By examining
these critical factors, we aim to provide insight into the
choice between these two automotive technologies and
their implications for the future of transportation. As
students and as the upcoming generation of the country
we planned to:
•To Gather data on EVs and petrol cars, including
environmental impact, cost, and performance.
•We compared findings to identify key differences and
similarities.
•We also collected opinions from owners/users of both
types of vehicles.
Introduction.
This project explores the comparison between Electric
Vehicles (EVs) and traditional petrol-powered cars,
focusing on their economic, environmental, and social
implications. EVs are seen as a breakthrough in
sustainable mobility, while petrol cars dominate the
market. The project aims to understand the advantages,
drawbacks, and nuances of both vehicles, navigating
efficiency, emissions, infrastructure, and consumer
preferences. The ultimate question is which path holds the
key to a more sustainable future of transportation. The
project aims to empower individuals, policymakers, and
industry leaders with the knowledge to navigate the
evolving automotive landscape and contribute to a more
sustainable future. As we embark on this journey of
exploration, we will navigate the terrain of efficiency,
emissions, infrastructure, and consumer preferences, all
while contemplating the pivotal question: Which path
holds the key to a more sustainable and efficient future of
transportation?
