Re: Online Easter, Kartini Day, and Earth Day Celebration

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please be informed that Raffles Christian School Kelapa Gading will hold a combined online celebration of
Easter, Kartini Day, and Earth Day with the theme ‘God’s Amazing Grace’ on Monday, 18 April 2022. As
this will be a special day for all of us, we would like to ask all our students to join the event online.

The school will facilitate Home Based Learning (HBL) for our students on that day, except for Secondary 4
classes.

The details of the celebration are as follows:

Values
● Compassionate (reflecting God's grace to others and nature)
● Involved (collaborating with other students to create performances and activities)

Objectives
At the end of the celebration, Rafflesians are expected to:
1. Share God's love with humans and other creations through daily life and actions
2. Participate in the Easter, Kartini Day and Earth Day celebration through various activities to express
their understanding and appreciation of God’s Amazing Grace among His creations.

● Video presentation: Understanding and appreciating God’s Amazing Grace

● Piano Performance “Ibu Kita Kartini Song”
● Fashion Show (Batik)
● Presentation from 6 Degrees Green Team about Raffles Recycle Drive
● Special Dance performance: Guruku Tersayang (My Lovely Teachers)
● Announcement of Winners (Pre-event Competitions)
● Reflection Activity

09.30 AM - onwards Follow the class time table

● Home-Based Learning (HBL) classes will resume for Pre-Primary to Secondary 3
● Face-To-Face (FTF) classes will resume for Secondary 4 at school
