Isais, Galura, and Mallari Accounting Firm Co. (IGM) have been our outsourced
accountants from June 2021 to present. Our engagement started when we looked for someone
who would take over and look over the financial status of the hospital, and when they came in,
they were able to address all the processes and procedures that needed to be enhanced and
corrected in the whole operation of the hospital. They were able to audit the whole financial
process of the hospital and even found out that we are losing millions because of our denied
claims at PhilHealth. Over the years, we have enhanced the process of filing claims with
PhilHealth, minimizing denied claims and maximizing receivable collection with the help of the
audit and supervision of IGM. Eventually, from internal audit, our engagement expanded to
bookkeeping and tax filing. The point person for IGM in our hospital is one of their partners,
Glisette Galura, who makes sure that all financial matters and related concerns are well taken
care of. The personal commitment of the firm to the hospital is evident, as Glisette Galura visits
the hospital personally three times a week to attend to all concerns of the hospital regarding
financial matters.

IGM is impressive enough because of their accurate work and updated knowledge of
