2nd and 3rd quarter join convocation day and honor society

WENG: Assalamu Alaikum and Good afternoon everyone! I’m . Wenda R. Sala…I delighted to be here to
our 2nd and 3rd Quarter Recognition Day and Honor Society…joining me today is Miss Marabia Dumsoy…

MARA: Thank you Ma’am Weng…It is an honor to be here to this dignified and special event…Because,
today we celebrate the accomplishments and academic achievements of our Pupils for the 2 nd and 3rd
grading period.

WENG: Yes! You are correct Ma’am…This day is the highlight of all hard work and a quarter of study. It is
then when we, pupils can say, “Yes..Nakasali ako ngayon..”

MARA: And I hope Ma’am Weng…Marami ang nakasali ngayon…”

WENG: Mukha naman maraming kasali at nakapasok ngayon sa Honor Society…

But today Ladies and Gentlement mark another milestone In our life and in the history of our school
Kepeng Elementary School Annex, as we gather and celebrate success on this 2 nd and 3rd Quarter join
Convocation Rites.

MARA: Visitors, our dear Parents, our responsive and dynamic PTA Officers and to our highly competent
and deeply motivated members of the Faculty and Staff…

TOGETHER: Welcome to our 2nd and 3rd Quarter join convocation rites and honor society…

WENG: To formally start the program, everyone is requested to please rise for the Opening Prayer to be
led by Sir Alsaif Mohammad., and do remain standing as we profess our love to our beloved country by
singing the Philippine National Anthem by the sound system.

MARA: Thank you Sir…You may now be seated! thank you…

MARA: Today is indeed a day to celebrate for today’s occasion we recognize and comment our pupils’
achievements for the 2nd and 3rd Grading Period. It is a great time for achievers to show how thankful
they are to their parents and teachers that have definitely given them the best support toward the
attainment of their desire goal.

WENG: At this moment, let us all welcome, our dynamic and energetic teacher of this campus,no other
than Mr. Resakhan A. Mohammad, to give us an opening remark…

TOGETHER: And let us listen to his message and welcome him with a big round of applause…

MARA: Thank you Sir, for that wonderful messages…

MARA: Ladies and gentlemen on behalf of the faculty of the school to give us insights about education
and success, may I please to call on and welcome our officer-in-charge Ma’am Alnalyn R. Hamdain.

TOGETHER: Let us all give her a resounding round of applause….

WENG: Thank you Ma’am for that meaningful and stirring message….
WENG: To recognize the accomplishments that our pupils have fruitfully worked for this Quarter, let us
proceed to awarding of certificates to the awardees for the second quarter, to start with the grade-O
awardees, may I call on Ma’am Angelika Asdala , the grade 0 Teacher Adviser, to please come up to the
stage, and also to our School Principal Ma’am Alnalyn R. Hamdain to assist for the giving of
certificate….And may also request the parents of our awardees to accompany your child on stage to
receive their certificates…

MARA: also, let us continue of awarding of certificates for the 3rd quarter, still with the grade 0
awardees. To Ma’am Angel and Ma’am Alnalyn, please remain there.

MARA: This time, we may proceed to grade1 awardees. May I call on ma’am Suraida Salih, the grade 1
classroom adviser to come up to the stage for the assistance of giving the certificates.

WENG: Okey, let us again continue of awarding of certificates for the 3rd quarter for grade 1 awardees.

MARA: And now Ladies and Getlemen..we are delighted to present an intermission number of our very
cute and talented children with their field in dance, under the supervision of teacher Angel.

TOGETHER: Let us all welcome the grade 0 pupils…please give them a round of applause…

MARA: Thank you kid’s for the best performance..

WENG:Next performance from our very own pupils.. Another intermission number to be presented by
grade 1 and 2..with their skills in dance..under the guidance of teacher Suraida and teacher Nora..

TOGETHER: and please give them a round of applause…

WENG: thank you children’s for the pleasing performance..

MARA: Now, let’s continue the awarding of certificates for the 2nd quarter.to start with the grade 2
pupils..may I call on ma’am Nora Atalad the grade 2 classroom adviser and also to our school principal
ma’am Alnalyn Hamdain to please come up to the stage to assist for the giving of certificate…

WENG: This time , announcing for the 3rd quarter for grade 2 awardees…

WENG: Also, awarding of certificates for the 2nd quarter for grade 3 pupils.. may I call on the adviser,
Ma’am Sharanaki Mohammad Ali to please proceed to the stage to assist on the awarding of certificates
to the outstanding pupils.

MARA: At this moment. Let us again continue the presentation of awardees for the 3 rd quarter for grade
3 pupils..

MARA: Let’s clap our hands once again for the grade 2 and grade 3 outstanding pupils.

MARA: At this juncture, Ladies and Gentlemen..now we would like to present our talented grade 4
children with their skills in dance..guided by yours truly. Palakpakan natin silang lahat!!!

WENG: Thank you children for the amazing presentation…

WENG: Again. Let’s stay tune one more performance by our beloved teacher. My partner, presenting a
song solo..an intermission number to be given by ma’am Mara..let’s welcome her with a great
applause…
WENG: Thank you Ma’am.. for the meaningful song.. Let us move on to the next level for the 2 nd quarter
will be the grade 4 honor pupils with special awards. May I call on Ma’am Mara the classroom adviser
and also we would like to call on again our school principal Ma’am Alnalyn Hamdain to come up to the
stage to assist for the giving of certificate…

MARA: This time, continue to announce for the grade 4 honor pupils for 3rd quarter…

WENG: Now, we are going to proceed to our awarding of certificates to outstanding grade 5 pupils.. May
I call on Sir Reshakan Mohammad the classroom adviser ..to come up to the stage for the assistance of
giving the certificates.

MARA: let’s continue to announce the presentation of awards for the 3rd quarter grade 5 pupils.

WENG:Let’s clap our hands once again for the grade 4 and grade 5 awardees….

WENG: At this juncture. Ladies and Gentlemen…we are going to witness another intermission
number..to present their talent in dance..to be performed by grade 5 pupils.palakpakan natin silang
lahat….

MARA: Thank you childrens for the amazing presentations…Next performance to be witnessed again.an
intermission number to be presented by grade 6 pupils with their talent also in dance..let’s give them a
round of applause…

WENG: Thank you future graduates for the wonderful performance…Now, let us proceed to the grade 6
pupils awarding of certificates.for the 2nd quarter.to start, we may call on the grade 6 classroom adviser,
Mr. Ayuli P. Nur..and also our active principal Ma’am Alnalyn Hamdain.to please come up the stage for
the assistance of giving a certificates.

MARA:Once again for the grade 6 awardees. Presenting for the 3rd quarter..

WENG: Palakpakan natin ang ating grade 6 outstanding awardees.This day is of giving praise for job well
done of our outstanding pupils…to recognize their kindness shown and to challenge us.Please welcome
Ladies and Gentlemen.let’s lend our ears to our competent faculty Mr. Ayuli P. Nur for the official
closing remarks.
