‫اﻟﺗﻣرﻳن اﻷوﻝ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ (1‬ﻳﻌﺗﺑر ﺗرﻛﻳز اﻟﺟﻠوﻛوز ﻣن ﺑﻳن اﻟﻣﺗﻐﻳرات اﻟﻔﻳزﻳوﻟوﺟﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟدم‪ .‬ﻟذﻟك ﻓﻬو ﻳﺧﺿﻊ ﻟﻣراﻗﺑﺔ ﻣﺳﺗﻣرة ﺗؤﻣﻧﻬﺎ آﻟﻳﺎت‬
‫ﺗﺣﺎﻓظ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺛﺑﺎت ﺗرﻛﻳز اﻟﺟﻠوﻛوز ﻋﻧد ﻗﻳﻣﺗﻪ اﻟﻣرﺟﻌﻳﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﻣﺛﻝ اﻟوﺛﻳﻘﺔ )‪ (1‬رﺳﻣﺎ ﺗﺧطﻳطﻳﺎ ﻟﻠﺑﻧﻳﺔ اﻟﺗﺷرﻳﺣﻳﺔ ﻷﺣد‬


‫اﻷﻋﺿﺎء اﻟﻣﺗدﺧﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻧظﻳم ﻧﺳﺑﺔ اﻟﺳﻛر ﻓﻲ اﻟدم‪.‬‬

‫أ – ﺳم اﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﻣرﻗﻣﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ب – ﻣﺎ ﻫو ﺗﺄﺛﻳر ﺗﺧرﻳب اﻟﺑﻧﻳﺔ )‪ (1‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺣﺔ اﻹﻧﺳﺎن؟‬
‫جـ ‪ -‬ﻳؤدي ﺗﺧرﻳب اﻟﻌﻧﺻر )‪ (3‬ﻣن اﻟوﺛﻳﻘﺔ )‪(1‬‬
‫إﻟﻰ زﻳﺎدة ﻧﺳﺑﺔ اﻟﺳﻛر ﻓﻲ اﻟدم ﻋن اﻟﻘﻳﻣﺔ اﻟﻣرﺟﻌﻳﺔ‬
‫ﻣﺎذا ﺗﺳﺗﺧﻠص ﻣن ﻫذﻩ اﻟﻧﺗﻳﺟﺔ ؟‬

‫‪ -(2‬ﺗﻘوم اﻟﻌﺿوﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻹﻓراط اﻟﺳﻛري ﺑﺗﻧظﻳم وﺗﻌدﻳﻝ ﻧﺳﺑﺔ اﻟﺳﻛر ﻓﻲ اﻟدم ﺑﻔﺿﻝ ﻣﺷﺎرﻛﺔ ﻣﻧﺳﻘﺔ وﻣﻧظﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺎدة‬
‫اﻟﻣﻔرزة ﻣن اﻟﻌﻧﺻر )‪ (3‬ﻟﻠوﺛﻳﻘﺔ )‪ (1‬وﺟزﻳﺋﺎت ﻏﺷﺎﺋﻳﺔ ﻣوﺟودة ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻌض ﺧﻼﻳﺎ اﻟﻌﺿوﻳﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺗوﺿﺢ اﻟوﺛﻳﻘﺔ )‪ (2‬ﻫذﻩ اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ‪.‬‬

‫أ – أﻛﺗب اﻟﺑﻳﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﻣرﻗﻣﺔ‪.‬‬


‫ب – اﻋط ﻋﻧواﻧﺎ ﻣﻧﺎﺳﺑﺎ ﻟﻛﻝ ﻣﺧطط‪.‬‬
‫جـ ‪ّ -‬ﺑﻳن ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﺑر ﻋﻧﻪ ﻛﻝ ﻣﺧطط ‪.‬‬
