INTODUCTION
Today the region economic society culture, and education are integrated
through a glob spanning network or communication and trade, today's
most of business dealings (order, receiver, deliver, conformation,
transaction and co-business communication) are done on rapid
development of banking technology, bank provide facilities to their
client to transaction their money from own account to a security system
using internet.
online transaction when you pay for goods or services with your
debit card, you have an option for the payment to be proceed in two
different ways: as an offline transaction via credit card processing
network, or as an online transaction via EFT system.
Almost of world Muslim population are going with getting its knowledge
in Islamic rule. Despite of these fact majority Muslim society use this
online transaction and online marketing in their daily life.
Now-a-days most of the people make their banking activities such as
cash withdrawal money transfer, online purchase beyond the official
hours without physical interaction with bank staff using internet.
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
The researcher elaborates about online transaction today consumers of
online marketing has been increasing day by day. And it almost
complicated for study about it. And they couldn’t know the jurisprudent
law and Islamic rule on these online shopping even though these online
transactions are having been increasing day by day. And many doubts
are remaining on majority about it then by this researcher ready to
elaborate about these online transactions.
RESEARCH QUESTIONS
1. What is online transaction?
2. What does the online transaction include in it?
3. What is the online payment?
4. What is the jurisprudent rule of online transaction?

OBJECTIVES OF RESEARCH
 To describe the online transaction
 To elaborate the online payment
 To expound the jurisprudent rule of online transaction
 To explain the involvement of online transaction
SCOPE AND SIGNIFICANT OF STUDY
The researcher believes that the online transaction has many types,
these matters are belonging on this online transaction like: online
payment, online marketing, e-coin and offline transaction.
The researcher elaborate that the offline transaction is the
transaction via a credit card processing network.
This study further will help to recover about National Electronic Fund
Transfer (NEFT), electronic clearing system (ECS), immediate payment
services (IPS), and it will help to study the concepts and Islamic rule.
LITREATURE VIEW
The researcher had depended lot of books which written by in the topic
of online transaction from English, Arabic and Malayalam languages.
These are numerous books in the topic of online transaction the book of
“Hirsh Lou – battle of the online payment system” in this book the
author he didn’t expound on Islamic concept and Islamic view. Then the
researcher would like explain in smallest form on Islamic concept.
“Qalaya - fiqhiya – al mu’asira” in this book written on basic Islamic
concept on transaction, marketing and shopping etc.
METHODOLOGY OF RESEARCH
The researcher had used different concepts and views for studying about
this topic and it have Islamic and material concepts. and matters of this
the researcher overweigh on material concept and studying more than
Islamic discussion and influence on material view.
The researcher tells the Islamic view and concepts on briefly.

ORGANISATION OF CHAPTERS
The overall view of the research is as follow: the first chapter – provides
an outline on methodology of the study and it includes introduction,
state of problem, research question, scope and significance of study,
methodology and literature view.
In this second chapter- the researcher has discussed about the online
transaction and their elements, and what are the items are consists on
it.
In third chapter- the researcher had discussed about the Islamic view
and concept on online transaction.
In fourth chapter and last chapter of this thesis contain as a study of
remaining advantages and disadvantages of online transaction.
