PRODUCTION PLAN

1.1 Product Description

The name chosen for this business is ‘Chicken Pack Pok’ which is usually
called Chicken Popcorn. From the results of discussions regarding the name of this
business, Chicken Popcorn was remade using English, namely Chicken Pack Pok
which means packaged pop chicken. This business is included in the culinary
business type. The product produced and which will continue to be produced by
Chicken Pack Pok is crispy popcorn chicken.

are liked by all groups, and at affordable prices

1.4 Production Process

Procedures for making chicken pack pok:

1. Wash the whole chicken under running water then cut it into pieces.
2. Sprinkle baking flour on a tray and coat the pieces of meat with flour.
3. Flatten the chicken meat with a special hammer.
4. Sprinkle again with kentucky flour.
5. Once the oil is hot, immediately add the chicken meat.
6. When the chicken is half dry, remove it using tongs and cut it into small
pieces on the frying pan to put back in the oil until cooked.
7. Once cooked, remove and drain. Add seasoning according to taste

1.5 Production Location

The place that will be used in this business is in a strategic location that can
be reached by public transportation or private vehicle, precisely on the Road Mayor
Bismo No. 27, Mojoroto, Kediri City. The atmosphere created by the Chicken Pack
Pok outlet is clean and comfortable, so consumers can eat Chicken Pack Pok
products directly at the outlet and can also take away.

MARKETING PLAN

2.1 Promotion
For promotion, we do it in several ways, namely:

1. Distribute our product brochures to customers directly.

The promotional tool using brochures aims to introduce products offline and
directly to the public. Brochures were distributed to various groups, especially
students as the entrepreneurs' closest environment.

2. Collaborate with influencers or public figures who are currently famous.

Nowadays, with as is, the influence of public figures or influencers in the


culinary sector also really helps with the promotion process carried out by business
owners so that the products they have can be known by the wider community,
especially by fans of these influencers.

3. Make endorsements to then be promoted by public figures through their


respective social media.

Endorsements are activities where business owners collaborate with public


figures they choose to promote the products they have via the public figure's own
social media platforms such as endorsements via Instagram, TikTok or other social
media.

4. Advertising on social media.

The principle of advertising on social media is almost the same as


distributing brochures to consumers directly, but the target of advertising on social
media is broader and includes more age groups and communities, which of course
has a very positive influence on business owners in carrying out their promotion
process effectively online and of course simple.

3.1 Cost of Goods Production Report

Based on the cost of goods manufactured report, the production costs for one month
are Rp 11.735.500 with planned sales for one month, namely 1.750 pcs. Therefore,
the Cost of Production per unit of product is Rp 6.706.

3.2 Product Price

Chicken pack pok is packaged chicken pop with the main raw materials
being chicken and flour, this business operates in the culinary sector with the
marketing target of chicken pack pok to all groups, from the lower class to the
middle class. This product has been sold offline or at sales stands. With the

development of the chicken pack pok era, it is also marketed online or via social
media.

Sales price = Production Cost per unit + Profit

= 6,706 + 3,294

= 10,000
2. Online

Sales Price = Production Cost per unit + Profit + Estimated tax costs

= 6,706 + 3,294 + 2,000

= 12,000

Mayor Bismo No. 27, Mojoroto, Kediri City. This place is a strategic place for
