Accordingly, more than 73% of the questionnaires were collected and analyzed. This means over 4000 employees have participated in the survey. As it has been communicated in our previous memos and guidelines, all work units who have participated in the previous survey shall be evaluated as per the improvement level they have achieved based on the survey result. As per the current survey result, our overall score has improved from 51% to 66%; whereas the detail result of each work unit is annexed herewith. While you review yourself as per the data indicated in the annex, we would like you to note the following points for your better understanding and use of the survey result:= 1. The corporate level employee engagement index against the given target improvement is 119.5% [Highly Effective]. This shall be used by Directors and above positions to review themselves as per their given KPI [Learning & Growth section of the Employee Engagement Index who have a corporate goal], 2. All work units engagement level are evaluated against their given baseline [benchmark] and target if they have participated in the previous survey, yy E lL ona ne Reon eos Tf'the number of participants were less than five in a Division or Team [work unit] then, Wwe have regrouped them along with their next level team [Department or Division] to determine the work units’ level of employee engagement, 4. Ithere are more than one Division or Team whose participants were less than five each then, we have regrouped them all under their parent Department to determine the work units’ level of employee engagement, 5. As the number of respondents under a Deputy / Chief Office is less than five, we have used average score of their reporting work units [Department or Office] to determine the work units’ level of employee engagement, 6. The Deputy Executive Assistant to the CEO Office, Board Secretariat, and the Ethics & Anti-Corruption Unit are all grouped under one Umbrella- CEO Office as all report to the CEO and all have less than five individuals in their specific unit to determine the work units’ level of employee engagement, 7. For those Branch Offices who have participated in the previous survey and have less than five respondents in this survey, we have given them their previous score as the system does not provide their result for anonymity purpose, 8. For new Branch Offices who have participated in this survey with 5 or more participants but not in the previous one, the current score [survey result] shall be taken as their baseline [benchmark] for the next survey, 9. For those new Branch Offices who have participated in this survey, but has less than five number of participants, there will be no score and no evaluation to be made for the 2022/2023 fiseal year as the system does not provide their result for anonymity purpose, 10. The maximum score that can be given is 165% as per the Performance Management Guidelines and any score greater than 132% is considered as “Exceptional” achievement.
