Dear Kuya Rey,

Fraternal greetings of peace and prosperity!

This is to express my sincerest apologies for my failure to formally file my excuse letter on our first general
membership meeting last January; it was not my intention to overlook the required procedure on our club
policies but due to lack of my availability to travel from Baguio to Cabanatuan City.

Today, I am formally filing my excuse letter for 3 general membership meeting from February to April
2023, in the reason that I am having a new project site located at Calabarzon region and think that it is
difficult for me to travel every month because I need to monitor the daily production and operation of my
men and etc.

During my absences I will settle all of my club monthly dues and Alalayang Agila contribution for the
growth and for the development of our beloved Agila ng Cabanatuan United Eagles Club

I am looking forward for your most kind consideration on this matter.
