PROBLEM STATEMENT

In our college, the absence of an organized system for managing club activities
poses a significant challenge. Without a centralized platform, club leaders and members
face difficulties in coordinating events, tracking memberships, and fostering meaningful
engagement. Manual processes, scattered communication, and the lack of a unified
digital tool hinder the potential for vibrant club interactions, hindering both the
efficiency of administrative tasks and the overall student experience. To bridge this gap,
our project aims to establish a Club Activity Management Portal, addressing the pressing
