Your dropshipping account is currently being created within vidaXL order portal. This means that you will receive your login details within 1
working day. Once you have received an e-mail confirmation, you will be able to activate your account and use our order portal to register your
upcoming orders.

Once your account has been created, a separate email will be sent from dropshipment@vidaxl.com with your login information.

If you have not received this e-mail, please check the spam folder of the e-mail address that you used to sign up for the program.

vidaXL order portal is designed to provide you with maximum flexibility as it is equipped with multiple product integration options, order placement
methods and payment methods. There are multiple customization methods which you have the possibility to use:

Payment methods

Pay for your customer’s orders with Wallet feature. The wallet feature allows dropshippers to use pre-paid credit in order to pay for customer’s
orders. This functionality supports the following payment methods: PayPal, Bank transfer and Credit card.

Direct payment for orders with PayPal or credit card.
