3. Motivation

a. Let the pupils stand and stay in one place
altogether.
b. The teacher says, “The boat is sinking,
lifeboats for five.” The pupils who cannot form

c. The teacher says again, “The boat is sinking,
lifeboats for eight.” The pupils will again form
a group of eight members in each group. The
pupils who cannot form a group of eight will sit
down.
d. Do the activity until only 1-2 players are left or
until the given time is over.

 This morning we will learn how to state a

basic division facts/sentences of numbers
up to 10.
(Ask 3 pupils to act as sellers of balloons. First
seller with 4 yellow balloons, second seller (Selected pupils will come on
with 4 blue balloons and the third seller with 4 front and act as a seller of
