Right to study
Parents preferably have the right and duty to educate
their children; to the State, the duty to grant special
protection to the exercise of this right and, in general,
to the community, the duty to contribute to the
development and improvement of education.
It is the duty of the State to strive to ensure all people
an inclusive quality education. Likewise, it is the duty of
the State to promote the creation of the necessary
conditions for the access and permanence of students
with special educational needs in regular or special
education establishments, depending on the best
interests of the child or ward.
Basic education and secondary education are
compulsory, and the State must finance a free system
aimed at ensuring equitable, inclusive and non-
discriminatory access to them for the entire
population, as well as generating the conditions for
permanence in it in accordance with the law
Attend classes punctually and regularly,
maintaining personal cleanliness and school
uniform.
Participate in classes, work groups, evaluations
and other activities scheduled for curriculum
development.
Respect your classmates, teachers and other
staff of the Educational Center.
Take care of the environments, workshops,
equipment, furniture and other facilities of the
Center.
Comply with the regulations and other
provisions related to the operation of the
Center.
Compulsory attendance at all classes and
extracurricular activities in which you are
enrolled or in which the School requests your
commitment and participation. both the
parent and the student.
Express yourself with due respect at all times
and places. inside and outside of school.
Take care of the environment by maintaining
cleanliness and avoiding the destruction of
materials, furniture and infrastructure of the
School.
Manifest at all times, both inside and outside
the School, an attitude of justice, loyalty,
honesty and solidarity, which distinguishes
them as students according to their training.
