Learning Outcomes
Students should be able to meet the following intended learning outcomes:
 Be Knowledgeable of the different first aid method and techniques and know
Intended its’ advantages and disadvantages.
Learning  To be able to appreciate the different first aid methods and techniques, perform
and be able to effectively use it for their advantage as future law enforcers.
Outcomes
 To learn the different warm up exercises and strength training programs that
will help the students to improve their physical fitness and stamina.

At the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

 Appreciate the importance of first aid;
 To be able to define first aid and know its’ uses;
Targets/  Differentiate the uses of first aid s in self defense, military, sports and fitness;
Objectives  To have the right mind set in learning first aid.
