EXECUTIVE ORDER N0.02

SERIES OF 2023
”AN EXECUTIVE ORDER DEISGNATING ALL BARANGAY FACILITIES AS
NON-SMOKING AREAS”

WHEREAS; despite the unending pronouncement that cigarettes smoking is dangerous to

health and efforts of the government to deter smoking there are still a lot of individuals who
smoked;

WHEREAS; it has been observed in the community that not only adult individuals are
smoking but also a significant number of minors;

WHEREAS; Section 15 of Article II of the Constitution provides that the state shall protect
the right to health of the people and instill health consciousness among them;

NOW THEREFORE, I HON. ROSEMARIE V. RUSSEL, PUNONG BARANGAY of

BARANGAY LANITON, SAN LORENZO RUIZ, CAMARINES NORTE by the virtue of
the power vested in me by the law, do hereby designating all barangay facilities as Non-
smoking area.

SECTION 1. EFFECTIVITY. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

Copies of this executive will be posting in conspicuous places for information and guidance.
