Barangay Sabutan, Silang, Cavite, am the registered owner of a parcel of land located at Barangay Lungon
(now Luksuhin), Silang, Cavite, which is more particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 2,250,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged in full from
Spouses BRIAN RAMOS PINEDA and KATHERINE TIU PINEDA, both Filipinos, both of legal age and
residing at 10 Duhat St., Valle Verde 1, Pasig City, I hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the said
vendees, their heirs and assigns the above-described parcel of land, free from all liens and encumbrances
whatsoever.
