Clear Communication: Effective teams prioritize clear and open

communication among team members. This involves actively listening to
each other, sharing ideas, giving and receiving feedback, and keeping
everyone informed about project progress. Clear communication helps
prevent misunderstandings, promotes collaboration, and enables the
team to work together efficiently towards a common goal.

Collaboration is the ability of team members to work together in a

cooperative and harmonious manner. It involves leveraging each team
member's strengths, skills, and expertise to achieve shared objectives.
Effective teams foster a culture of collaboration, encouraging individuals
to contribute their unique perspectives, ideas, and solutions.
Collaboration leads to increased creativity, better problem-solving, and
higher levels of productivity within the team.
