Statement of the problem

Covid-19 has been a tragedy for us, all students are scrolling and tapping from their
mini devices to learn. Back then there has been difficulties when learning
through peer-to-peer collaboration and now here we are with the
Generation Z students and having trouble with the use of this online collaborative
tools as their foundation of knowledge.

This study aims to determine the effects of the online collaborative tools on the
academic performances of the college students in Nueva Ecija University of Science
and Technology San Isidro Campus in the school year 2021-2022.

1. Profiles of the respondents according to their:

a. Age

b. Sex

c. Course

d. Monthly income

2. What are the frequent online collaborative tools do they used?

3. What are the effects of Online Collaborative tools into their academic
performances?

Hypothesis

The researcher’s null hypothesis tested is:

There are no significant effects on the academic performances of the college


students of NEUST-SIC from the use of Online Collaborative tools as well as to their
profiles.
