5-4 Change Compressor and Dry Filter
Cut the pipe connected to compressor with a Welding gun, remove the cables and fixing
screws, and then change the compressor. Do not flatten the pipe to prevent the pipe
blocking when changing the compressor. The pipe shall insert to the compressor with 6-8
mm inside. When changing the filter, cut 30mm off the capillary that shall be inserted to the
filter with 10-20mm depth in the filter. When the Welding is finished, vacuumize the
compressor and add the fluid in a required quantity as per the nameplate. Finally seal the
opening of the process pipe.

12. Circuit Descriptions
AC input voltage is transformed into DC voltage by the transformer through the rectifying circuit
(D101~D104). With the residual AC filtered out by electrolyzation, the steady DC12V DC voltage
will be output through the manostat 7812 and be used as control voltage for relay, damper motor,
buzzer and display.
DC 12V will turn into DC 5V voltage from the manostat 7805 to assume as the input voltage of
peripheral circuits and various signals of the chip (sensor, switch).
