General Description
This estimate was prepared according to the demands of the user department.
The rates of items adopted in the estimate are as per the SSR for the year 2022 – 23 for
Maharashtra State.

ABSTRACT
1.1 25.00 Square Removing the existing cement plaster of any thickness without causing 55.65 1391.25
Metre dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres or
spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc. complete. (Item No.
32.33, Second Floor)
1.2 25.00 Square Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved 694.50 17362.50
Metre screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15mm thick in
cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1Kilogramper
cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the
surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to
8mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains
and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc.complete. (Item No. 32.11,

Metre approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces
including cleaning, preparing the plaster surface, applying primer coat,

3.2 NA Cu.M. Carrying out below mentioned tests on WATER as per frequency, in the Govt. 1170.00
laboratory as per relevant standards. Submitting test results and retesting if
required including all charges etc complete.
3.3 0.83 Cu.M. Carrying out below mentioned tests on CRUSHED SAND as per frequency, in the 3180.00
Govt. laboratory as per relevant standards. Submitting test results and retesting if
required including all charges etc complete.

3.2 Carrying out below mentioned tests on WATER as per frequency, in the Govt. NA Cu.M.
laboratory as per relevant standards. Submitting test results and retesting if required
including all charges etc complete.
3.3 Carrying out below mentioned tests on CRUSHED SAND as per frequency, in the 0.83 Cu.M.
Govt. laboratory as per relevant standards. Submitting test results and retesting if
required including all charges etc complete.
