MONDAY
Emotions Chart
Prepare colored paper let the learners choose the color they want and have them draw emoticons
representing their current feeling. Have them mimic or show the feeling by making actual facial
expressions.
Let it all out
Provide individual paper ( an a4 size will do) where they can make posters and let the learners
scribble or draw their current feelings on the paper.
Provide a wall paper (manila paper pasted on the wall will do) where learner can work on with one
another and scribble or draw their current feelings.
Let them choose materials they want. (prepare crayons, pens and different drawing materials)
Note: It is very important to always let the learners choose the way they want to express themselves. Never
impose and never compare one’s work from the other. When learners are trying to explain their work always
LISTEN.

Safe Animal Activity ( Kinder to Grade 3)

WEDNESDAY
There’s an Emergency ( All levels) 30-40 minutes
Please see pages 27-28 for the guided activity. Emphasis on how important it is to be alert and aware
of what to do whenever there’s an emergency.
Cloud Relaxation ( All levels ) 10-15 minutes

THURSDAY
How are you today? ( Kinder to Grade 3) 60 minute
Prepare pictures of different emoticons and paste it on the board
Provide cut outs of these emoticons so learners can choose up to 4 different emoticons that they
want.

Prepare sheets of paper for each learner. Be reminded of the PSS guidelines for the session
