1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No.5, s. 2015 stating the Guidelines on the


Establishment and Implementation of the Results-based Performance
Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education, this office
announces the schedule of Performance Review and Evaluation of all its
school-based personnel on November 22, 2019.

2. This activity aims to:


a. Identify appropriate key result areas
b. Craft effective performance objectives aligned on individual KRA’s
c. Make performance indicators as to performance measures (QET)
d. Finalize the individual performance commitment and review form in
preparation of year-end assessment

3. Participants are advised to bring the following:


a. Copy of IPCRF 2018
b. MOV’s collected from June-November
c. Laptop
d. Extension cord

4. Immediate and widest dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
