A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE BOARD MEMBER JOSEPH A.

EVANGELISTA TO SECURE FUNDING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE
PROVINCIAL PARENTS TEACHERS ASSOCIATION FEDERATION OF
COTABATO.

WHEREAS, the Provincial Parents Teachers Association Federation plays a significant

role in promoting collaboration and engagement between parent, teachers and the school
administration, working towards the betterment of the educational experience of our students;

WHEREAS, the financial assistance provided to the PPTAF is crucial to sustain their
essential activities and initiatives that directly impact the quality of education and student well-
being;

WHEREAS, Honorable Board Member Joseph A. Evangelista, as a representative of our

community, has the capacity to advocate for funding that will enable the PPTAF to continue their
invaluable and voluntary work;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Alba duly seconded by Mr. Gesulga,

BE IT RESOLVED that we, the undersigned, earnestly request Honorable Board

Member Joseph A. Evangelsita to advocate for and secure funding to provide financial assistance
to the Provincial Parents Teachers Association Federation;

RESOLVED FURTHER that this financial assistance shall be utilized to support the
PPTAF’s efforts to organize events, workshops, and initiatives that enhance parental
involvement, student welfare, and the overall quality of education within our province;

BE IT RESOLVED EVEN FURTHER that the allocated funds shall be subject to

transparent financial management and reporting to ensure the efficient and effective use of
resources;

BE IT RESOLVE FINALLY that this resolution be presented to Honorable Board

Member Joseph Evangelista for consideration and action, in recognition of the critical role that
financial assistance plays in advancing educational excellence and student welfare in our
province through the Provincial Parents Teachers Association Federation.
