    Good day, Miss/Sir. I am Janna Rose Tambiga, a BSBA – IV student. I want to apologize for my absence
    from school without any prior approval. I couldn’t attend classes because of a health issue. I had a high
    fever that caused me a heavy headache and body pain. This fever happened after I had random neck
    pain after sneezing that caused me inconvenience in moving my head and was extremely painful. We
    went for a check-up and had my neck checked. I am sorry. I assure you that I will pass any missed
    requirements. Thank you for your kind consideration.
