Act 4:

 Juliet takes a potion that makes her appear dead.

Act 5:

 Romeo arrives at Juliet's tomb and finds Paris there. They fight, and Romeo kills Paris.

 Juliet awakens to find Romeo dead, stabs herself, and dies.
