DOES YOUR INSTAGRAM POSTS OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT BE COUNTED AS ART ?
WHAT IS ART LAW? WHAT ARE THE INDIAN LAWS DEALING WITH ART?
HOW MUSEUM AND ART GALLERIES EARN MONIES AND WHAT ARE THE LEGAL ASPECTS OF TRADE
IN ART?
Well that puts the next question, where do we draw a line on what is and is not considered as art?
Something you have painted by using numerous references will that be considered your original art
and if someone uses the same subsequently can you claim your right on the same ?
If you have a heart you find art, it requires ability to see art in any random meaningless thing to look
around. As the years are passing the dynamics of art is evolving now even the graphic designing,
illustrations of comic books, and fashion attires are considered as forms of arts and people
continued to claim rights on the same. Protecting a piece you created is equally important to
creating a piece .and law can help you in this matter.
