Sub : Construction of Residential Villas – Attapur, Hyderabad.

Dear Sir,

We thank you for inviting us to quote for your prestigious Residential Villas Project
at Attapur, Hyderabad. We have visited the site and on the basis of information
made available to us we are pleased to submit our most competitive offer for 85
Villas of Ground + 2 floors. We assure that we shall complete the entire job with
the International procedures & Quality in 18 Months of time.

BASIS OF OFFER:

1. Payable area will be calculated on the basis of measurement of actual areas of RCC
slabs outer to outer at any level including projections, ramps , balconies,
mezzanines , flower beds etc. and shall include areas of lift shafts, service ducts,
openings etc provided at every level. No deduction for the same shall be considered
in calculation of payable area, only OTS or Open Duct more than 2.5sqm will deduct
from payable area.

2. Water and Electricity required for the work and for the labor camp shall be
provided to us at one point , whenever distribution will be done by us and EB
charges will be paid by us. Surrounding area lighting will be done by client.
Localized lighting arrangement at work will be done by us.

3. All shuttering material shall be provided by us.

4. All Equipments required for construction like Hoist, Curing & Dewatering Motors,
Reinforcement Cutting and Bending Machines will be provided by us.

5. You will provide us place for proper site office & Labor camp in the site premises or
nearby walk able distance at free of cost
6. You will provide us necessary documents for application of labor license and
such other formalities required under the law.

Scope :- We will carry out all kind of RCC and Masonary Works which will be covered in
our area.

1. We will carry out our work from Excavation, Backfilling, Anti-Termite, PCC for
Foundation / Footing / Raft.

2. All kind of Shuttering, Reinforcement, Concrete from PCC to terrace Including


Compound wall (Villa Boundary), Lift & Staircase, LMR & OHT, etc. which will
covered in our built-up area.

3. All kind of Brick/Block Work, Internal & External Plastering which will be covered in
our built-up area.

4. We will procure shuttering material, machineries and other minor equipment’s


which required for execution.

5. We will carry out chajja, pardis, sunshade, projections, etc which all are mentioned
in the drawing.

EXCLUSIONS:-

Following works shall not be included in our scope and the same are therefore
not considered in our offer :

1. Shoring of sides of excavation, anchorages of any type.

2. Major Dewatering, pressure release or draining arrangements except minor


dewatering which will be done by us.

3. Waterproofing works.

4. External works, Landscaping, Gardening, and area development.

5. Doors, windows or glazing Fixing.

6. Any kind of steel or metal Fabrication.

You will provide us water and electricity (Free of cost basis) required for the work on free
of cost and procures all permission in connection with temporary structures, water and
electricity connection. We shall be provided with proper tap offs for extending water
supply and power supply connection at Suitable locations.

Payment Terms :

1. 10% of total value of work shall be paid to us as Advance for Shuttering Material,
Machinery & Site infra.
a) 2.5% Along with Workorder.
b) 2.5% After complete site & Colony with basic infra works.
c) 2.5% on Completion of 10 Villas Foundation.
d) 2.5% on mobilization of Conventional Formwork of 10 Villas Ground floor
Slab.

This Advance shall be recovered on pro-rata basis from 11th Villa to 80Th Villa
Completion.

2. We shall raise our running bills once in a month and same shall be settled and paid
in full within 7 days of date of submission as this will be a fast track job, payment
will be key to performance.

3. Retention – 2.5% of the value of Bill shall be kept aside as Retention. 50% of
Amount will be released along with the Final Bill and Balance after defect liability
period of 6 months from the date of completion of our works.

RATE

Our rate for the work shall be as follows based on Built up Area calculated in
accordance with Para 1 under “BASIS OF OFFER” for the Residential works

i) RCC Works

a. Upto Plinth Completion (upto Grade Slab) on Plinth slab Area Rate –
Rs. 550/- Per Sft (Rupees Five Hundred and Fifty only)

b. Residential Typical Slab Area Rate – Rs.700/- Per Sft (Rupees Seven
Hundred only)

ii) MASONARY Works

a. Residential Typical Slab Area Rate – Rs.500/- Per Sft (Rupees Five
Hundred only)
Basic Rates (Without GST and landed at site) & Co-efficient considered for above
rates are as below :-

Steel Price – 65,000/- MT, Design Consumption – 3kg per SFT

Concrete – consumption 0.03cum/-per SFT, M25 Average Grade of 250kg cement


design with adding GGBS.

Cement Basic Price – 5.5/- per KG

GGBS Basic Price – 3.5/- per KG

Diesel Basic Price – 100/- per Litre (On increase of every 5/-rs in diesel price
contract price will increase by 5/- per SFT due to increase in Raw material prices)

Above rates are applicable upto 3.5 mtr height, if any area height more than 3.5
mtr than extra rate of 150/- rs applicable for every 1mtr increase of height.

GST is not included in our rates and shall be paid separately as per rates
prevailing in accordance with statutory provision. Any increase in taxes or
introduction of new taxes by any statutory authority shall be borne by you.
