Most pressing issue of the Gonzaga National High School is lack of resources. Too

few classrooms, too many students. It is the most common issue in schools, special in

Gonzaga National High School. Particularly GNHS has a problem with overcrowding and

lack of classrooms. Lack of classrooms is a serious problem in many schools. One of the

causes of this is the students lose the chance to study comfortably without distractions.

overcrowding can really have a bad impact on learning. With the lack of classrooms, the

students cannot expect a good outcome. The student’s excellence suffers. Lack of classroom

space must be given the consideration it deserves by the government Right now at Gonzaga

National High School, the students are turning the corridor and the smart gymnasium into a

classroom. It is very difficult for the students because of the noise around them, they can no

longer focus on their classes. Also, teachers at Gonzaga National Highschool are using the

corridor as their temporary office. They are also currently fighting the heat of the weather.

"Life must go on," or in Filipino, "Tuloy lang ang buhay." Despite being almost hunched

over from selling native delicacies, the elderly vendors in the market continue their trade,

seemingly unfazed by fatigue even in their old age. In reality, they can barely eat due to the

number of customers, especially in the mornings. According to the sellers of native

delicacies, they only eat their lunch at their designated selling spots until they make enough

sales to support their respective families.

CAPTURED KIDNAPPING OF A MAN IN PROGRESSIVE GONZAGA.

Barangay issue TITLE: the CCTV captured kidnapping of a man in a barangay in

Gonzaga. Many people got afraid of the kidnapping that happened in Progressive Gonzaga

Cagayan. According to the obtained CCTV footage, a red car parked with no number plate on

the side of the road near their target's house. After a few minutes there was a white Van that

preceded the red Van and went to the opposite side of the victim's house. The white van was

caught on CCTV with a plate number but it was blurry. The kidnapping happened right in

front of the victim's house. According to those who reviewed the CCTV, the suspects knew

the victim so they knew when he would return home. When the victim got home, they already

did the kidnapping that they were planning. According to CCTV footage they forced the man

to be placed inside the Van and he kept fighting until they succeeded in their plan. They are

still looking for the victim and they still don't know where he is.

GONZAGA IS SET TO MAKE A COMEBACK.

The grandest festival of Gonzaga, Cagayan is set to make a comeback after the pandemic.

The dawa festival will once again take place in person this 2023 after not being celebrated for

almost 6 years. The Local Government Unit of Gonzaga worked double time to prepare for

the event. The festival began at the 10th day of May. Dawa festival is celebrated every month

of May to celebrate the bountiful harvest. "Dawa" translates to the phrase "flower of rice". It

usually involves traditional activities like dances, concerts by local and national celebrities,

Agri-trade fairs, cultural nights, and beauty pageants participated by the province’s most

beautiful women plus exciting cooking contests and parlor games. Thousands of people

gathered for the dawa festival. They are unbothered by the sweltering heat that dominated the

area for the whole celebration of the festival. The towns festival is still considered to be a

crowd puller because of the thousand people that came to the event. The audience were

spread out along the streets to witness the opening parade of the competitors of the bayle sa

kalye 2023 and the Stunning ladies of the mutia dagiti dawa 2023 in their festival costumes.

After the parade it was followed by the Bayle sa kalye competition. The competition was held

at the Gonzaga People's Gymnasium, Gonzaga, Cagayan this May 10, 2023. Gonzaga

National High School won the bayle sa kalye Competition as a celebration of Dawa Festival

in the municipality of Gonzaga in the province of Cagayan. GNHS came up on top against

seven other secondary schools in Gonzaga, including Rebecca National High School, Saint

Anthony's Academy of Gonzaga, Ipil National High School, Baua National High School,

The beauty of the newest tourist attraction in Gonzaga, Cagayan is mesmerizing. It is

Balai-baibai located in Amunitan, Gonzaga, Cagayan. If you don't experience what Balai-

There are water activities like ATV, JETSKI, BANANA BOAT , CRYSTAL
