I am eligible to attend the graduation day as per the list given by the Department coordinator. I
would like to register for the Graduation Day Ceremony being held on 19 th August 2023 at the
College Campus.
I shall pay Rs 1200/- online to the Union Bank of India A/C # 138911100000779, IFSC:
UBIN0813893 (Rs.200 refundable) by 17th August 2023 towards the registration fee. No
registration will be allowed after 17 th August 2023. I shall send the payment proof / screenshot of
the successful payment of my Registration Fees to the Departmental Coordinator mail id along
with my Registration Form by 18th August 2023.
I will collect my gown on 17th August 2023 between 4 PM and 7 PM at Panineeya Dental College,
Dilsuknagar.
I understand that I have to enter the convocation hall by 1.30 PM and it is a formal ceremony,
hence, I promise to maintain the decorum and discipline during the event.
I agree to return the gown & head gear and collect a refund. I will pay Rs. 1000/-, if I lose or
damage the gown.
