1. Test voucher precautions

(1) T h e t e s t vo ucher will be del ivered by a date specif ied by JEE S.

The t e s t vo u c h e r will also be available on the MyJLPT “Check an d M o d i fy J L P T A p p l i c a t i o n”
scree n .

◆For g r o u p a p plications, the test vouchers for all applicants in t h e g r o u p w i l l

be se n t t o t h e group representa tive.
Detai l s o f t h e t e st vouchers for applicants in the group can be c h e c ke d o n t h e M y J L P T
“ Chec k a n d M o dify JLPT Application” screen for the group repre s e n t a t i ve .

(2) I f yo u h ave not received the test voucher or if you have lost yo u r t e s t vo u c h e r,
pleas e p r i n t o u t the test vouche r on the “Check and Modify JLPT A p p l i c a t i o n” s c r e e n a n d
bring i t w i t h yo u to the test site. The printout can be used as a n o f f i c i a l t e s t vo u c h e r.

◆If yo u c a n n o t print out the te st voucher on the “Check and M o d i fy J L P T

Appli c a t i o n” s c r e en, we can fax the test voucher to you.

2. Test Site Precautions

(1) Yo u w i l l b e n otif ied of your test site by the test voucher.

Notif i c a t i o n i s a lso made on the MyJLPT “Check and Modify JLP T A p p l i c a t i o n” s c r e e n .

(2) J LPT A p p l i c a t i o n Center cannot answer each examinee’s test si t e v i a t elep h o n e or any
other m e a n s .

D o not c o n t a c t a university or oth er test sites under any circ u m s t a n c e s .

(3) Te s t s i t e s a r e specif ied based on the test area, postal code a n d t e s t l e ve l r e g i s t e r e d a t

t he t i m e o f a p p lication.
Once a s s i g n e d , test site cannot be changed regardless of the re a s o n .

(4) D i r e c t i o n s t o the test site will be provided on your test vou c h e r.

(5) Yo u a r e n o t allowed to take the test at a test site dif ferent f r o m t h e t e s t s i t e t h a t wa s

assig n e d t o yo u on the test vou cher.

(6) D o n o t a r r i ve at your test si te by car, motorcycle or bicycle . Yo u a r e n o t a l l o w e d t o u s e

t he p a r k i n g s p a ce of the test si tes or free parking spaces or bic yc l e p a r k i n g s p a c e s a r o u n d

t he t e s t s i t e s .

● NOTE
I f a d i s t u r b a n c e is caused at or near the test site due to drop o f f / p i c k u p b u s e s o r c a r s ,
and /o r i l l e g a l p a rking, the applicants may not be allowed to ta ke t h e t e s t . ( Te s t f e e s w i l l
not b e r e f u s e d in this case.) The t e s t s i t e does n o t p r ov i d e parking inform ation.

(7) T h e t e s t s i t e s do not have a waiting room for accompanyin g p e r s o n s o r c h i l d r e n . O n l y

exami n e e s w i l l be allowed to en ter the test site building.

(8) Ke e p t h e t o ilets, test rooms and corridors clean at the test s i t e . D o n o t t o u c h t h e

equip m e n t o f t h e test site.

(9) S m o k i n g i s allowed at the s pecif ied places only. Smoking is t o t a l l y b a n n e d a t s o m e t e s t

sites .

(10) P l e a s e t a ke all trash back to your home with you.

(11) B e c o n s i d e rate of the local residents. Follow the traf f ic ru l e s a n d d o n o t m a ke a ny

exces s i ve n o i s e when traveling to and from the test site.

I f the o r g a n i ze r for any reason that there are questions about t h e p r o p r i e ty o f a n

exami n e e e ’s s c o re, JEES has th e right to re-administer the test , i nva l i d a t e yo u r t e s t r e s u l t s

(i n clu d i n g t h o s e from past tests ), refuse to notify you of your t e s t r e s u l t , a n d b a n yo u f r o m

4. Notice of Test Results

(1) Yo u w i l l b e n otif ied of your test results with a “Test Result ”. T h e Te s t Re s u l t w i l l b e

maile d t o t h e e xaminee by a da te specif ied by JEES. Examinees w h o h ave p a s s e d t h e t e s t

will a l s o r e c e i ve a Cer tif icate of Japanese-Language Prof iciency.

Test r e s u l t s w i l l also be available on the MyJLPT “Test Result an d C e r t i f i c a t e Is s u a n c e ”

r esul t c o u l d n o t be delivered du e to an error on your par t (e.g . i n c o r r e c t a d d r e s s ) o r

becau s e yo u h a d not submitted a change of address notif icatio n , yo u w i l l b e c h a n g e d f o r

t he p o s t a g e o f redeliver y.
