Partner Success Associate

growing rapidly, with centres in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Thane,
Vadodara, Vijayawada and our first international centre in Dubai. With many more centres in the
pipeline to blossom, we aspire to become the most trusted overseas education platform in the
world, by connecting international students, recruitment partners, and academic institutions on
one platform.

Position Purpose:

We are looking for proactive and passionate account/partner success associate to create long
term, trusting relationships with our recruitment partners and increase new student applications
through them on our platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Increase student applications on Azent platform through assigned recruitment partners

 Train Partner’s counsellors/teams, to improve the quality and volume of applications through
Azent

 Work with recruitment partners to improve the application funnel (Application to Successful Visa)

 Keep the connection engaged with Azent through regular communications, meetings and
presentations

 You’re expected to meet at least 3 partners daily in your defined region and drive the business
target

 Serve as a link of communication between partners and internal teams

 Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

 Drive destination/university specific target to achieve overall target

 Weekly Target Evaluation

 Open to Travelling

What you bring to the table:

 Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales (Field Sales Experience Preferred)
 Experience working with education consultants/partners directly (Preferred)

 Bachelor's degree mandatory

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Highly organised with excellent attention to detail & problem solving attitude

 Good to have CRM Knowledge
