We are an international platform for connecting patients and medical facilities worldwide. In
short, a platform for booking medical services. The platform allows users to quickly and
comprehensively search by place, type, specialization and name of the medical service, by the
price of the medical service, comparison and price ranges, search by distance, by the requested
doctor, etc. At the moment we are present in 8 countries, we have over 40 thousand registered
members and 400 partner clinics, with over 5,800 doctors in the system and these numbers are
growing every day.

The platform has a multilingual translation system, which means that depending on the IP address
of the user, it automatically translates the communication into the language of the country where
the user is located. Also, it has a review rating system, so that only those patients who had a
confirmed reservation and visited the medical facility where they had an appointment have the
opportunity to rate their satisfaction with the clinic's service, as with Booking.com.

After booking an appointment, which is done online automatically through our platform, the client

We are in process of launching the regional video channel Health, whose content will be promoted
through our profiles on the social networks You Tube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and which
will show world trends in treatment, interviews with the most famous doctors of the region, new
procedures in the treatment of all types of diseases that are used in the world, video materials
from our partner medical institutions, etc.

Our goal is for the platform itself to have a worldwide character, to operate in as many countries
as possible, to provide and offer our users the highest level of professional education and
treatment available anywhere and from any medical facility in the world.

Also, in partnership with banks, users of our platform are directly enabled to apply for a loan in the
amount of up to 5,000 euros for interventions in the field of in vitro fertilization, dentistry,
ophthalmology, surgery and aesthetic surgery, orthopaedics and rehabilitation. In each country,
individual contracts are concluded with the above-mentioned partners.
