PEOPLE OPERATIONS OFFICER


We have been retained by our client to facilitate the recruitment and selection of self-driven and competent personnel to fill the vacant

LRRE
position of People’s Operations Officer that has arisen within their organization.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Leads a centralized operations and service delivery team designed to serve employees and managers with infrastructure and processes to carry out day-to-
day HC operations
 Acts as a strategic thinking partner in the operation the playing a critical role in problem solving operational issues and manages short-term HC related projects
 Manages audit findings through leading alignment sessions, process reviews where required, sharing with communities of practice to ensure learnings are
shared and adopted across the group, and leading the implementation of this across their business.
 Manages the implementation of projects and supports the wider implementation across the organisation.
 Develops robust processes which ensure the maintenance and integrity of all systems and data across the team.
 Reviews and redesigns administration processes as a result of new systems, applying best practices and achieving efficiencies.
 Implements self-audit exception reports to improve the integrity of the data.
 Provides reward consulting advice to the business in the form of reward levels and structures at time of appointment, annual reward reviews, interim reviews,
and general reward assistance.
 Establishes a sound working relationship with payroll and ensure that all submissions are made on time and in the correct format.
 Assesses payroll controls and practices to ensure ongoing governance

JOB RELATED ATTRIBUTES

The ideal incumbent must possess the following minimum qualifications, competences and experience:

 A degree in Degree in Business or Human Resources.


 7 to 10 years relevant experience, specifically in shared services environments.
 Project management qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience.
 Proven experience of managing the successful implementation of HR systems.
 A team player with a strong, confident and assertive personality.
