This instruction implements AFPD 10-4,Operations Planning;European Air & Space

Surveillance,with the current crisis in Syria,The North Atlantic Treaty Organization(NATO) in
collaboration with The European & Asian Union has implemented The Operation SKYWALK-M3. It
describes the specific requirements for Airforce deployment,surveillance and execution of
Operational plans,contingency operations.This instruction requires the collection and/or
maintenance of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974.

On this note;Mr Darren Wagner is required to report to

US Forward Division Command(DARAA) SYRIA.

With recommendation from Maj General Gary T McCoy as one of his best Airmen(First
Lieutenant),The NATO Joint Task Force has requested for your immediate deployment to the US
Forward Division Command (DARAA).You are required to report to the HQ before 1st October 2023.
