I. THE COMMUNITY NEED

In this generation, our lifestyle depends on new inventions with the help

of electricity. Consuming too much energy is one of the problems we are

facing today, and it is possible that it will be our problem in the future if

we don’t take steps to solve it.

II. PROJECT GOALS

The following objectives are expected to achieve:

1. Improve to production of the bio-charcoal in terms of:

1.1 the quality of the bio-charcoal

1.2 duration of usage

2. To inform the community how to conserve energy to save the

present and preserve the future of the next generation.

III. TARGET BENEFICIARIES

This will benefit the agricultural industry and bio-charcoal

manufacturers by increasing the amount of bio-charcoal needed to

produce electricity. The community will also benefit by reducing the cost

of their electricity bills since they are using bio-charcoal, which comes

from organic waste, to consume the energy they need to enable the

appliances they need every day. It also helps our environment by

lessening the excessive consumption of energy and pollution.

IV. RESOURCES

To make this proposal successful, we need the help of our friends and

classmates to know their thoughts and ideas about it. The information

comes from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and

is guided by professionals, which will also help in knowing the

advantages and disadvantages of this proposal. With the assistance of the

agricultural industry who skilled in this kind of proposal. Along with the

other studies by the researchers as our references. And also, this will be a

reference for other researchers to develop much better inventions in the

present or in the future.

V. PROGRAM METHOD

a) PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Due to the fact that we can see organic waste everywhere, we

don’t usually pay attention to it and just throw it away or burn

it without any value. We can use them as an instrument to

conserve energy and help our earth lessen pollution by

producing biocharcoal. We will use the hydrothermal

carbonisation (HTC) process to make biochar from organic

waste. The residue of the HTC process, which is the orgnanic

charcoal, will burn to make steam, and the steam will turn

turbines (machines for generating rotary mechanical power) to

generate electricity.

b) PROMOTION/CAMPAIGN MATERIALS:

We could boost this proposal by teaching our peers or

acquaintances how it would help in different aspects. Also, by

making flyers, brochures, and posters and posting them on our

different social media platforms, we can share with everybody

how important this proposal is.

VI. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE

MONTH WEEK ACTIVITY

January 2-4 Build a team for this

project and find the right

(Preparation)
ones who are skilled in this

kind of project. Make a

calendar plan for the

organization and smooth

flow of the preparation.

And undergo a meeting to

know the ideas and

suggestions of every team.

February 1 Start the collection of the

materials that are needed

for the project.

2-3 Proceed to the production

of the bio-charcoal.

4 Try and observe the

biocharcoal to see if it is

effective in producing

electricity.

March 1-3 If the project is effective,

(Implementation) make a move to present it

to the companies that will

help introduce the project

to the market. And spread

the benefits of the project

to help everyone,

including our mother

earth.
