o If Kim ever passed during her employment her family would receive €200,000
o If Kim ever required 1:1 counselling session, the value of this service through EAP
is €800 per year.
o If Kim was to ever develop a serious illness or require a long-term absence, she
would be paid her full salary (illness benefit deductions apply) until fully
recovered or died.
o If Kim became pregnant or adopted a child, she would receive full pay for 6
months.
