I’m Emily, Miss Mary’s assistant. My boss contacted your conference center yesterday to
discuss organizing our company meeting. I would like to confirm those plans.
The meeting will take place over 3 days, from September 15 to 17. There will be a total of
50 attendees, corresponding to 5 small meeting rooms as we discussed.
We will also need 1 Computer Projection System and 1 Monitor/VCR in each room, which
make a total of 5 Computer Projection System and 5 Monitor/VCR. We also need 5
flipcharts, one in each room.
All 50 meeting attendees will have lunch on the 17th and dinner on the 16th. Please send us
the meal menu and prices by the 14th. There will be a break in the afternoon 16th, so we
asked for coffee or tea for everyone.
We will be very grateful to receive the cost for all 3 meeting days as soon as possible. Can
you fax or email to the address above by the 14th at the latest? We will provide final
confirmation as soon as we receive your response.
