B. Case Comment
The case comment must contain following heads/sections:

1 Facts of the case;
2 Issues framed and decided by the Court
3 Arguments advanced by the counsels and responses of the Bench;
4 Decision: Ration and obiter of the case
5 Significance/contribution of the case
Format and Detail of Contents of Assignments

3. Abbreviation
4. List of Cases (If any)
5. List of tables (If any)
6. Contents:
i. Facts of the case;
ii. Issues framed and decided by the Court;
iii. Arguments advanced by the counsels and responses of the

v. Significance/contribution of the case.
C. Case Study (For Non-Law Subjects)

Guidelines for written Assignments:
Contents supplied for any of the format given in Annexure-I shall comply with following guidelines:
1. Font theme- Times New Roman
2. Font Size:
a. Cover Page-Name of the University bold letters font size 14
b. Tile: bold letters font size 14
c. Name of Faculty and student in bold letters font size 12
d. Main body of the assignment: Heading 14 and other contents 12
3. Spacing 1.5 and justified paragraphing.
4. Typed both side.
5. Left margin: 2.5, Right margin:2, Top and bottom margin 2.5
