CARROT CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

○ 225g carrots
○ 225g flour
○ 2 teaspoons* baking powder
○ A pinch of salt
○ 2 eggs
○ 140g brown sugar
○ 2 teaspoons* cinnamon
○ 2 tablespoons* orange juice
○ 125ml sunflower oil

METHOD

1. First of all, preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Second, peel and grate the carrots.

3. Then, put the flour and baking* powder in a bowl. Add the grated carrots,
salt, brown* sugar and cinnamon*. Mix well.

4. After that, beat the eggs. Then, Add the eggs, sunflower oil and orange
juice to the mixture. Mix well.

5. Later, grease a rectangular cake* tin and pour the mixture into it.

6. Also, bake at 180°C for 70 minutes.
