I, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge that I have received a copy of the course syllabus for the above stated class
and read the syllabus for this course carefully and that I understand and agree
(1) to the policies, rules, class procedures, and penalties of the course stated in the syllabus and of Austin
Community College; and
(2) the requirements necessary to successfully complete the course and what is expected of me to earn a grade
in this course.

(1) to read and understand the syllabus content

● If circumstances are such that I cannot complete the semester, I understand that it is my responsibility to withdraw officially
from the course. If I do not withdraw officially, I know that I will receive a course grade and that the instructor is required by law
to report when I last attended class.

questioning/answering period and I have had the opportunity to ask and have answered any questions I may have concerning
the syllabus and this course in general.

contact the instructor in writing to seek clarification whenever I am not sure of what is expected of me in this class.
