The 1st Session of the year and 1st Session for the month of January 2021 of the Sangguniang
Kabataan was opened by SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas at exactly 4:05 p.m., after the opening
prayer led by SK Kagawad Amie Rose Perante.

The SK Chairman asked the SK Secretary to proceed with the Roll Call of those present in the
session and declared that the session has a quorum with 50% attendance for its 1 st Session of the
year.

After the declaration of the presence of a quorum, the SK Chairman called the session to order
and the session of the Sangguniang Kabataan formally started by adopting the following agenda
for discussions / deliberations, to wit:

On the first list of items on the agenda, SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas discussed the
success of the previous program such as:
 “ASSIGNMENT MO, PROJECT MO, LIBRENG PRINT HATID KO”
 The Assignment Mo, Project Mo, Libreng Print Hatid Ko was organized
to support students by offering free printing services. The cost of printing
 handouts, reviewers and other requirements is one of the biggest burdens
of every student. Our goal is to help ease such burden.
 YOUTH DATA BASE GATHERING
 The said youth profiling primarily aims to identify all youth ages fifteen
(15) but not more than thirty (30) years old in our barangay and primary
details that would serve as the basis in crafting relevant programs and
policies.

SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas discussed the Schedules for Officer of the Day to assist the
Youths/Students for the Free Printing Services. SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas set the Free
Printing Services every Friday and Saturday by 3:00 o’clock to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
This was seconded by SK Kagawad Jubileen Castillo. She informed that the Friday Officer will
be SK Kagawad Clariza Mae Pateño, SK Kagawad Lovely Sanico and SK Secretary Michael
Jack Javonillo, and for the Saturday Officer will be SK Kagawad Amie Rose Perante, SK
Kagawad Benjamin Mendoza V, SK Treasurer Roberto Bustamante and SK Kagawad Jubileen
Castillo. And hereby approved by the SK Council.

SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas wants to proceed on the updates on the Annual

Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) for the Fiscal Year 2022 and Comprehensive
Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP). The ABYIP and CBYDP, still not final because
of the unsure projected amount of SK Budget for 2022.

SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas asks the council for any suggestions, comments or
concerns.

During the session, no other question or concerns were raised.

SK Secretary Michael Jack Javonillo proceeds with the wrap-up of the meeting and asks
the body if there are any urgent concerns. Make sure to coordinate with SK Chairman Lorraine
for possible changes or concern. SK Chairman Lorraine asks who wants to move the session on
adjournment. SK Kagawad Lovely Sanico responded to the motion to adjourn the session, which
was seconded by SK Kagawad Amie Rose Perante.
