High School, a pleasant morning to all of you! Today, we gather here to witness a momentous occasion – the Turnover
Ceremonies of this state-of-the-art four-storey building awarded to Cawayanan National High School. It is a day filled with
immense pride, joy, and anticipation as we celebrate this remarkable achievement.

And now, let us begin the ceremony that marks the beginning of a new chapter in the history of our beloved institution.

To give a formal salutation to this significant event, let us hear the Welcome Address to be given to us by the
School Principal, Mrs. Rosenda R. Antiporta.
