Text 1 (no.

1 – 5)
For the first time in the studio’s history, Marvel Studios released three brand new films in 2017.
They kicked things off with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 in May, followed by the Sony-
distributed Spider-Man: Homecoming in July, and now the third and final (and best?) Has hit
theaters: Thor: Ragnarok.

The Thor franchise has been something of a red-headed stepchild in the Marvel Cinematic Universe,
but director Taika Waititi’s silly, euphorically joyous third installment is a Thor-series high and has
earned some of the best reviews of any Marvel Studios movie in history.

While the subtitle promises an Asgard-ending catastrophic event, Waititi opted to put a spotlight on
Chris Hemsworth’s comedic chops and essentially reinvent the character as a hilarious, self-aware
yet cocksure God of Thunder who just wants to save his home planet. The result is an incredibly fun
ride that leans into the chemistry between Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo, as well as Hemsworth and
Tom Hiddleston. For that matter, it is great to have Loki back in the MCU, and the film does a
tremendous job of weaving the story of the villain Hela (Cate Blanchett) into the story of Thor and
Loki in an organic way.

Some may be dismayed at Blanchett’s underuse, but I think she knew exactly what she signed up for:
to chew the scenery and look great doing it. In that regard, I think Hela is a successful if not terribly
deep Marvel villain. But the breakout of the film is surely Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, from whom
I hope we see a lot more in the MCU to come.

Habibie & Ainun tells the love story of the third president of Indonesia, Bacharuddin Jusuf habibie
and his wife, Ainun Habibie. The story flows very smoothly with the climax being his rising career as
Research and Technology Minister to the Vice Presidency later to the Presidency after the nation’s
reformation in 1998, followed by Ainun’s health deterioration which caused her death. The saddest
part was when Ibu Ainun could not cope with several surgeries to remove her ovarian cancer that had
spread out through her body. What would you call a pure, real, and eternal love of a man? His
description about love, which I could not imagine, is repeated in this book quite often. The author tells
that their struggles for Ainun’s recovery in several sanitariums in Europe were romantic memories
they shared.

There are thirty seven chapters in the book. The first to fifteenth chapters are very easy to follow.
However, the hardest part comprises the chapter when Habibie explains the technicalities of
projects and achievements in his restless work during his attachment to the Development Cabinet
(in chapter 17 to 30). I had to read several times to understand his thinking, but I found it very
interesting. I am quite impressed by Habibie’s writing style. He positions himself as the subject as
if he was sitting in front of me while I was listening to him.

The book has now been translated into English, Dutch, and German, and shortly will be in Japanese.
The moral of the story emphasizes that it is very important to focus on our life’s goals. Be
passionate about what we do, and love our country, and that support from family and true eternal
love is important. All in all, Habibie-Ainun’s love story is more romantic that Romeo-Juliet’s love
story. The tale of Romeo and Juliet was fictional, but habibie and Ainun’s story is real.

ropes with them. They hid so that the sun did not see them.

When the sun came up, they threw the ropes over it. 'Pull! Pull!' Maui shouted. 'Let me go! Let me go!'
cried the sun. The sun pulled and pulled, but it could not get free. The sun got very tired. 'Let go of the
ropes,' said Maui. 'The sun will not be able to go so fast now. '

The brothers let go of the ropes. The sun moved slowly across the sky. It took a long time before it

Loving Money Too Much

There was a man who liked money very much. He worked all of his life and wanted to save all of his
money for his own future. He was a real miser when it came to his money. He loved money more than
just about anything.

Even, just before he died, he said to his wife; "Now listen, when I die, I want you to take all my money
and burry it with me. I wanna take my money to the afterlife." So he asked his wife to promise him with
all her heart that when he died, she would put all the money and burry it with him.

Well, one day, he really died. Then he was stretched out in the casket. The wife was sitting there in black
clothes next to her closest friend. When they finished the ceremony, just before the undertakers got
ready to close the casket, the wife said "Wait just a minute!"

She had a box in her hands. She came over with the box and placed it in the casket. After that the
undertakers locked the casket down and rolled it away. Not long after that, her friend said, "I hope you
were not crazy enough to put all that money in the casket."

The wife turned to her friend and replied; "Yes, because I have promised." Then she continued; "I can't
lie. I promised him that I was going to put that money in that casket with him." Feeling shocked, her
friend said; "You mean that you have put
every cent of his money in the casket with him?" Then the wife answered; "Surely I did. I got it all
together, put all the money into my account and I just wrote him a check."

Dance with my Father (by Luther Vandross)

Back when I was a child

Before life removed all the innocence
My father would lift me high
And dance with my mother and me
And then
Spin me around 'till I fell asleep
Then up the stairs he would carry me
And I knew for sure
I was loved
If I could get another chance
Another walk
Another dance with him
I'd play a song that would never ever end
How I'd love love love
To dance with my father again
When I and my mother
Would disagree
To get my way I would run
From her to him
He'd make me laugh just to comfort me
Yeah yeah
Then finally make me do
Just what my mama said
Later that night when I was asleep
He left a dollar under my sheet
Never dreamed that he
Would be gone from me
If I could steal one final glance
One final step
One final dance with him
I'd play…

Dewi Sartika was the leading figure for the education for Indonesian women. She was born on 4 December 1884 and
died on 11 September 1947. The most important acts she made were when she founded the first school for women.
Because of it, she was acknowledged formally as National Hero in 1966.

Dewi Sartika was born in Cicalengka on 4 December 1884 in the aristocratic Sundanese family. Her father is R.
Rangga Somanegara and her mother is R. A. Raja pemas. According to some biographies, as a child, Dewi Sartika
often pretended to be a teacher. He studied in the Dutch School. She lived with her uncle after her father died and
then received Sundanese education culture there. In 1899 she decided to move to Bandung.

She founded Sekolah Isteri on 16 January 1904 in Bandung. The school took place at Badung Regency’s Pendopo but
then relocated to Ciguriang Street. In the new location, the name of the school was changed to Sekolah Kaoetamaan
Isteri. In 1912, the school became so popular and had nine branches in West Java. In 1920, all cities in West Java
have one school. However, the school changed its name in September 1929 to Sekolah Raden Dewi.

Nuclear Energy: Advantage Or Disadvantage?

Nuclear energy is commonly offered as an alternative to overcome the crisis of energy. The debate
whether the use of nuclear energy is an appropriate choice or not, has not come to an end. Some people
agree with the utilization of it because of its benefits. Some others, however, disagree because of its risks
to the environment.

Those who agree with the operation of nuclear reactors usually argue that nuclear energy is the only
feasible choice to answer the ever – increasing energy needs. In their opinion, the other sources of energy:
oil, coal, and liquid natural gas are not renewable and safe, while nuclear energy can be sustainable when
produced in a safe way.

However, people who disagree with the use of nuclear energy point out that the waste of nuclear products
can completely destroy the environment and human lives. A meltdown in reactor, for example, usually
results in the contamination of the surroundings soil and water. Take for example, the blow up of the
nuclear reactor at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station in Russia twenty years ago. The serious
contamination imperiled people and the environment severely.

It is obvious that nuclear energy should be avoided because it really endangers the environment but what
about a less polluted energy instead of nuclear energy. Is there any alternative energy to overcome the
crisis of energy? In my opinion, nuclear energy is the best choice to overcome the crisis of energy if the
government could make sure its safety. However, government should make sure that nuclear reactor’s
construction and maintains are safe.

30. What are the disadvantages of nuclear energy?

31. What is the purpose of the text above?
32. What will happen if there is a nuclear reactor meltdown?

Here are the things that separate Opera Mini out from other applications. Opera Mini is small and easy
to download and install. Beside that Opera has made the process simple by providing direct access to
download, no registration or multiple page view needed. Opera Mini’s speed of downloading is
incredible. It makes GPRS seem a lot faster. It compresses and down-sizes of picture on the server but
not every web page will look perfect. The header image on my blog doesn’t show up.

I think Opera has done an amazing job. I expect huge things from this. I bet you could easily base a
new web-based business around this browser. Opera Mini is just about the best browser I’ve ever seen
on mobile phone.

33. What are things that differ Opera Mini from other applications?

SHORT ANSWER
Earthquake is one of natural disaster that destroying a certain area the most. It recently happens in
Tasikmalaya, West Java Province. Earthquakes are caused by sudden breaks of underground rock along
a fault. This sudden release a huge amount of seismic waves Energy. The ground will be shaken when it
happen. When two plates or two blocks of rock are rubbing against each other, they will be sticked
together. But, they don’t slide smoothly.

The rocks are not moving but still pushing against each other. After several times, the rocks will be
broken due to all the pressure that’s built up. When those rocks break, the earthquakes happen. This is
horrible and we have to maintain our Environment, so there will be no earthquakes happen.

True Friends

Once upon a time, there were two close friends who were walking through the forest together. They
knew that anything dangerous can happen any time in the forest. So they promised each other that they would
always be together in any case of danger.
Suddenly, they saw a large bear getting closer toward them. One of them climbed a nearby tree at once.
But unfortunately the other one did not know how to climb up the tree. So being led by his common sense, he lay
down on the ground breathless and pretended to be a dead man.
The bear came near the one who was lying on the ground. It smelt in his ears, and slowly left the place
because the bears do not want to touch the dead creatures. After that, the friend on the tree came down and asked
his friend that was on the ground, "Friend, what did the bear whisper into your ears?" The other friend replied,
"Just now the bear advised me not to believe a false friend."

Spider-Man: Homecoming

Spider-Man: Homecoming is a fun movie about one of Marvel’s most enduringly popular characters. Starring an
actual teen (Tom Holland) as web-slinging high schooler Peter Parker, its spirit is very much in line with the original
comics. As always with Spider-Man, there are messages about power and responsibility, finding strength within
yourself, being brave, and persevering.

Clever, funny, and true to the Spider-Man spirit, this take on everyone’s favorite web-slinger is thoroughly
entertaining. The world was understandably skeptical of yet another Spidey reboot, but in this case, it was the right
call. Even more than the Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield takes on the wall crawler — as good as those were —
Spider-Man: Homecoming really captures the tone of the original comics. A large part of that is thanks to the fact that,
for the first time on the big screen, Peter is being played by an actual teenager.

It’s not a perfect film; the plot doesn’t always have a totally clear trajectory. And while Tony and Peter’s lack of
communication/mutual frustration brings to mind Harry’s relationship with Professor Dumbledore during some of the
Harry Potter saga, their dynamic brings something new and powerful to the Marvel-verse as well: true mentorship.
‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ – the 16th installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – might just be one of the best
ones yet! The latest Spider-Man movie introduces us to a new, hilarious, middle-school aged Peter Parker (Tom
Holland), who is facing multiple difficulties in his teenage life. While he’s trying to prove to his new mentor, Tony
Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), that he has what it takes to become an Avenger.
