Reference made to the above matter.

2. We are pleased to inform you that our company has been appointed by Koperasi Lembaga
Tabung Haji as the sole company in charge of the injection program for pneumococcal and influenza
to the Haj pilgrims 2023. A copy of the letter appointment is enclosed herewith and marked as
‘Annexure 1’.

3. Pursuant to that we hereby informed your good self that the doctor in charge of the medical
supplies is MOHAMAD PAID BIN YUSOF (NRIC No.: 611215-05-5547). A copy of the Annual Practising
Certificate is enclosed herewith and marked as ‘Annexure 2’.

4. In furtherance, we request a credit term for supplies for a period of 30 (Thirty) days based
on the following:
a) The number of Haj pilgrims for the year of 2023 is estimated to be around 32,000,
although the uptake is not compulsory, but we believe, due to the Covid pandemic,
more pilgrims will require the injection.
b) Being the only company awarded the program, which includes Sabah and Sarawak, will
require a huge manpower, medical supplies and operating cost. As such, our financial
strength could be stretched to the maximum causing that may affect the program.
c) We have an existing track record with your company, and the 30 (Thirty) days credit,
may not be fully utilized, depending on the schedule of the exercise and the uptake by
the pilgrims.
We sincerely hope that your company will give due consideration to our credit request, for the
successful execution of this program.
