摩托车包装规范
Motorcycle packaging protocol

一、目的/Aim：

为提高整体车辆装载率，减轻末端操作困难，减轻网点包装成本，特输出此规范
The purpose of this protocol is to fully utilize the capacity of truck, lower (CSP) packaging
cost and smoothen operation process for last mile delivery.

二、适用范围/ Applicable scope：

所有 J&T Cargo 网点, All J&T Cargo Service Point (CSP) / Outlet

三、 系统重量录入标准, Standard weight in system, according to motorcycle CC：

注：超过 400CC，需单独向当区域运营部沟通申请。

Remarks: For engine capacity more than 400cc, will need to submit application to respective
regional operation team.

四、包装要求, Packaging requirement

1、摩托车电瓶、机油、汽油排空，不得随车运输
Motorcycle battery, fuel, petrol, diesel, engine oil, must be empty or remove before load
to truck.

2、排量≤400cc 的摩托车，车身用纸箱\包装纸等缠绕，无裸漏漆面
Use carton box/ hard material paper to cover the motorcycle body and wrap with
transparent wrap, ensure the whole motorcycle is being covered for motorcycle engine
capacity ≤400cc.

3、反光镜/后尾箱必要时需拆卸
Side mirror/ rear motorcycle box must be removed to avoid damage.

4、摩托车必须保价
It is necessary to purchase insurance for delivery of motorcycle.

This document will take effect from 30th September 2022, and the final interpretation right belongs
to the J&T cargo network management department, which is responsible for subsequent revisions
and improvements.
