Abnormal behaviour ; is define as a behaviour which is disturbing ( socially unaccepted ) distressing,

maladaptive or self defeating & often the results of distorted thought.

What is abnormal –
A man is kissing to another man.

A woman slapping a toddler.

A women refused to eat from several days.

A person is barking like dog.

A woman going to market without makeup.

Characteristics & Symptoms of Abnormal behaviour

Change in person thinking process, memory, perfection, and judgement.


Reduce work efficiency and general stamina.
Unable to cope with stresses.
Develop anxiety and worries at the slightest disturbance in daily routine.
Complete lack of respect of self and others.
Lack of self-confidence and lack of gratification.

Easily getting annoyed and nervous.

Always putting the blame on others.

Refusing to follow the rules & questioning authority.

Handling difficulties in handling frustrations.

Self managed learning:

An individual learn more if he struggles to find out things by them self.

Self managed learning is about self development and this will be futured by self assessment.

In self assessment stage on identify that what knowledge and skill he possess, and what he need
to gain.

Identify learning and development needs:

You can identify learning and developments need by insuring that you understand what you are
expected and to do the knowledge and skill you need to carry out your job effectively. This will
help you to know the level of knowledge and skill your need to improve.
Self development strategies

Create a development logs records your plan and action.

State your objective – the carrier path you want to follow and the skill your will need to proceed
along that path.

Ask other people about the strength and weakness and what you should do develop your self.

Focus on the future – where you want to be in the longer term and how you are going to get there.

Listen significant learning and experience – recall events where you have learn something
worthwhile, this will help you to understand your learning lifestyle.
