JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ANDRES`AGUILAR, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with residence and
postal address at Sta Ana Calatagan, Batangas, and ESPERANZA ANCHETA, likewise
of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of No. 520-D Cordillera St., Mandaluyong
City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state
that:

1. The we personally know AURELIO CAHAYON DE JESUS born on October

15, 1964 at Batangas to spouses ADELAIDA CAHAYON and LUCIANO DE
JESUS, for having been neighbors and friends for a period of time;

2. That in his SSS ID his last name was erroneously entered as CAJAYON also at
the list of voters from COMELEC, Batangas his name and birth date entered as
AURELIO born on October 10, 1964 which are different from AURELIO
CAHAYON DE JESUS born on October 15, 1964 the true and legal one;

3. That we hereby certify that the aforesaid name is refers to one and the same
person and no other one;

4. That we execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
circumstances, and to hereby voluntarily and knowingly that the true and correct
name which is only a typographical error/misrepresentation, and finally, we
executed the same for all legal intents and purposes.
