here in Landlord and Tenant’s agreed with the following

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 Monthly Rent to be paid by tenant amounting to _______________________________

but under circumstances of the following.
-Not capable to pay rent
-not well-mannered actions that is disturbing the neighbor
-Will undergo renovation for improvement
 Agreed 1 month Deposit 1 month advance with no refund. Consumable 1 month
Advance Only if decided to leave.
 Tenant should be responsible with all the damages upon staying since the Landlord
turnover the Apartment Decently.
 No late payment for Rent, electric and water bills.
 Agreed to clear payment for Electric and Water bills if decided to leave.
 Small house pets are allowed. (Make sure to be responsible on keeping the
environment clean and safe) - Agreed for maximum of 4 person but if happened to add
members make sure to coordinate it with the landlord. there will be additional with the
rent per head.
