ACTIVITY 6

While doing the activities on “Exploring Emotions” and “I am” I realized that
there a lot of emotions that I’ve felt recently due to the different circumstances that
happens in my life. There are positive and negative emotions that I’ve felt from my
past experiences. Most of the time I felt happy and excited because of the different
challenges and activities that I needed to do for a day but at the same time I also felt
lonely and stress because every morning I am the only one left in our house and I
get stressed whenever I can’t understand my lessons and there was no one there to
help me. I am aware of the emotions that I’ve felt every time because I am also the
only one who knows how to deal with it. Through these exercises I learned what
happens in our body and its effect to our selves whenever we deal with different
emotions and by this learning, I was able to understand how and why different kinds
of emotions happens in a person. Through these learning I was able to assess
different activities that would help myself to overcome a certain emotion that will
improve my emotional development.

LEARNING TASK 5

In this module I’ve learned the different emotions and also the emotional
intelligence. Emotions are what people feel inside when a particular thing happens,
emotions is also called as feelings. While the ability to understand, use, and manage
our emotion is called emotional intelligence. I’ve learned that there are several ways
to improve the emotional intelligence of a person like being aware of emotions
because by simply noticing our emotions we are able to manage it. And also
understanding how others feel and why because people are naturally born to
understand each other by doing this we are able to control ourselves not to talk for
those topis that will hurt the feeling of the other person. Managing emotional
reactions, choosing moods and developing emotional intelligence are also the
several skills in improving our emotional intelligence. I Also learned the different
responses and their differences. Through this module I’ve learned about our feeling
and through the activities I was able to identify my emotions and the circumstances
why it happens. I can apply my learning in this module by leaning to control my
emotion and manage and by responding in an assertive way.
