    Travel Allowance Policy

    Dear Centre Coordinators,

    Please find below guidelines in regards to Travel allowances to be reimbursed for the Centre
    coordinators attending the event on 30th September, 2023

    Employees attending the event on 30th September, 2023 will be eligible for a travel allowance based
    on the distance from their respective centers to the event venue.

    The allowance will be reimbursed at a rate of Rs. 2/km for the total distance travelled.

    This policy is applicable only for employees travelling by

    1) Train Travel (Sleeper Seats)


    2) Roadways Bus Travel

    By adhering to this travel allowance policy, we aim to facilitate the smooth attendance of Centre
    Coordinators at the event, on 30th September while ensuring fair and consistent reimbursement for
    their travel expenses.
